We have used Tiger since 2018. Used to be good but not so much anymore. They will pick up your trash sometime and then not sometimes. This depends on what rules they pick to enforce that week. They used to pick up trash and recycling 2 times per week but now only pick up recycling once per week and charge the same price. Not a very good service.

Falling short... When I started service with Tiger 15 years ago there were two houses using them. They picked up once a week but offered a nice big can, no problem. Over the years my love for them has steadily dropped off. The trash bag that broke the camel's back is their "second can" policy. They wouldn't take our can and so my wife went and spent money and bought a can and now they won't take that can either. I am tired of their games. They aren't the only trash business in Bexar County.

Tiger sanitation has a weight restriction on trash. My question is who the h*** is weighing the trash? Tiger sanitation provides trash cans with wheels and handles for a reason. If the trash is not pick up a note or something should be left behind for reasons why the trash was not picked up. Simple action like that would improve services.

Simply pick up the trash or leave a note, send an email, sos anything on reasons why trash is not been pick up.

Illegally cut off service during Covid-19 State of Emergency in violation of essential services orders. Blocked access to online requests and 1hr+ hold times. Invoice mis-delivered by USPS; Tiger never sent 2nd notice, email, call, note on receptacle, nothing. It's not about the $$, it's that Tiger demonstrated zero customer service or concern period, let alone in the midst of a National crisis.

So far I’ve had Good customer service and website is easy to pay bill and check pickup dates. Price is a little higher than other company in area ($10 difference) but i don’t have any complaints

Terrible service!!! I tried to cancel my service because of issues with my trash NOT being picked up and was told I cannot get pro rated refund and to call back and cancel at end of my term!!! So they take your money and don't provide the services you have paid for!!! I spent all day trying to get my trash picked up and returned home from hospital (spouse is dying) to find my trash still sitting in front of my house!!! Plus...I've seen the guys go through trash and pull stuff out and put the items in the vehicle before dumping the can!!!

Customer service is atrocious. Very poor telephone skills and unresponsive. Put on hold for long periods of time. Not sure whether I'd be disconnected or not. Do not recommend this provider!

They will show up on the day they were supposed to. They show up at different times but I guess it isn't too bad that they have missed days of the week a couple of times and then did it later the next week, and I wouldn't mind it so much if that was just a holiday but there was no holiday. The price is reasonable.

The trash pick up was okay. The office people are terrible. The last 3 years they would stop our service when we are out of town and then would start up again when we returned. This year I e-mailed them that we were out of town. Instead of pausing the service they cancelled it. I called four times trying to get things resolved since they wanted me to paid the cancellation fees before they would start service. I was promised on 3 occasions that they would talk with a manager and call me back. They never called once. I finally paid the cancel fee and when with a different company. It then took them 3 weeks to pick up their cans. IF YOU TRAVEL MORE THAN A MONTH AT A TIME GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!! They have so much business they no longer care about taking care of customer.

Had the service since July 2010, now after 4 years of service, I am left a lousy message on my door August 20th 2014, that the trash pickup on August 19th 2014 was the last, and that trash cans will be picked up August 22 2014(the message was dated July 24 2014) This is so Unsat!

When Tiger decided to discontinue service, their only attempt to notify customers was to put a flyer on the cans. There was no email, no letter, no phone call, and no message on the Tiger website. Nobody in this neighborhood ever saw a flyer -- until a sales representative from a different company showed us one today! It was dated 7/21/2014. The invoice I received on 7/1/2014 said nothing about discontinuing service. It had a note, and quot;Please be aware that due to increased operational costs, your next invoice may include a rate increase.and quot; When I paid the bill on 7/22, Tiger had no hesitation about taking payment for the period 8/01 through 10/31, even though they knew that they were not going to earn all of it. The first I knew about Tiger discontinuing service was when a neighbor called -- she had seen the collectors picking up the company's containers and asked them what they were doing. When I called the Tiger business office, a polite young man told me: and quot;we're no longer providing service to your area. If you have credit on your account, we will send out refunds, but I do not know when that will be.and quot; I find it absolutely appaling that there was only one feeble attempt in a month to contact customers. It is equally distressing that Tiger appears not to have a clear idea as to when -- or even whether-- its former customers will get refunds. In summary, I now consider Tiger Sanitation to be a trash company that treats its customers like garbage.

For over 6 years Tiger has performed very well. Virtually the entire neighborhood uses Tiger. They have been very responsive on those few occasions that I needed something beyond routine service and always helpful when I had any questions. Tiger has been reliable and responsive.

We have a small office. We have weekly trash needs. Tiger is inexpensive. Their pick up schedule is erratic. And unless its full it doesnt get picked up.

We used tiger sanitation for over 7 years. They always came the next day if they forgot to pick up our trash. The reason I gave them a C for quality is because they would just throw our trash can and broke one of the lids before. I called and they replaced it but didn't apologize for breaking the lid. I happen to watch the man throw our trash can while I was behind the dump truck that's how I knew he had broken it.

It has been a month and they have yet to deliver my trash cans. I call in to speak with someone and they always put me on hold and then after ten minutes it takes me to a recorded message. I am not very satisfied thus far.

On the handful of times I've had to call the services center the reps are always nice and helpful. I've had success with their services, and think its reasonably priced.

My garbage is picked up regularly with no problems. The recycling pickup is very undependable. It has been left at curbside for 4 straight weeks in the summer. And now it has been left for two weeks. Numerous phone calls do not result in better service. During my last conversation with the receptionist, I was informed that the company picks up recycling as a and quot;courtesyand quot; and does not charge for it. Nor do the drivers get paid for pickup. That implies that it is not a priority. And I wonder what they do with it. This has become a frustration and there are no other options for recycling. Trying to be environmentally conscious is proving to be difficult. I will continue service and hope for the best.

This is without doubt the most disorganized business I've dealt with in 65 years. It took several calls initially to simply arrange service and I had to repeatedly give their sales person the same information over and over. I finally had to speak to a supervisor as I could not understand the sales rep and she continually got the information I gave to her over and over incorrect. Finally service started, a week later than they said, and the first billing STILL has my name incorrect after multiple corrections. It's now been one billing cycle - with the amount billed and paid every three months - and for one cycle they actually got it right. But then... I pay every bill of any kind online and the bank sent them payment. The people at Tiger apparently threw it away and then had the audacity three months later to put the money out for collection when no one notified me in the three months that it was not received. I received a call today form someone barely capable of English speaking very fast and low mumbling that they had not received the OCTOBER payment (it is December 19th). They then announced that it had been turned over to some collection agency for payment. Unbelievable. My bank verifies that they did send the check and now Tiger wants an additional $34 to reinstate the account. Absolutely the worst managed company I've ever had to try to deal with anywhere. Highly not recommended to anyone.

We were scheduled for pick up every Friday About every other month they would fail to pick up. When called On Friday afternoon the story was always and quot;Well that driver has left for the dayand quot; and I would have to wait until the next week. Not fun when you have the grandkids smelly, dirty diapers in the trash. I have since canceled service and have waited for a month for them to come pick up their can. Lousy service!!

This morning a truck showed up and dropped a can at our curb that looked like someone had vomited in it several times. I tried to open garage to give our broken can but the guy jumped in the truck and took off.. No one contacted us to let us know so we could put out our old can. It took my husband over an hour with bleach to try and clean the can. Of tiger business is closed on weekends so all you can do is leave a message. This is very poor customer service, without customers they would not have a business.

The company truck broke the lid to our trash can during a service. We contacted company four times and were PROMISED that someone would be out the next day to replace the broken can. We placed our can on the curb and no one ever showed up to replace it. We even spoke to a supervisor who could not get the job done.

Tiger Sanitation is a great service provider for trash pickup. They come once a week to empty the large trash can provided by the company. They never leave trash on the ground. We will continue to use them.

This company is good but you need to know somethings. In the last 6 months there have been some changes for good and not so good. They do have the best prices around and come rain shine or holiday. There are specific charges that are stated on their site including non-refundable but most questions you have to call the buisness for. Up to 6 months ago we were very pleased. Recently we have noticed erratic pick up times, automated phone lines when calling and leave a message protocols and now some bulk pickup problems which we have not had before. We used to get a person and scheduling was immediate. This saved valuable time when yard clean-up or an appliance had to be replaced in an emergency and had the muscle to get it to the curb on a given day. They we so kind and stated and quot;just set it outand quot;. They always billed me in the past on my next scheduled payment if I have an extra haul. Now we have to store it in the garage (haul it) and get muscle to re-haul it to the curb on another day so we don't violate HOA rules Sadly, they have a and quot;pay up frontand quot; policy now also. Most disappointing to a customer who has used them for 7 years in good standing. They are now charging per bag for leaf removal and can't and quot;radio the driverand quot; as we were told they did with previous hauls. The lady who finally called me back stated and quot;we have always done it this wayand quot;. Owner might want to address and quot;alwaysand quot; coming from an employee probably not with the company for 7 years might be inappropriate. I paid the darn thing as asked but was so sad to see their great customer service go. We still like their service but as with all businesses, getting and quot;too bigand quot; effects services. Maybe they are trying to get the new bulk tiger cluband quot; business going but it was not offered.
